Key Responsibilities: Review and assess user-generated content for compliance with community standards. Identify and report inappropriate content and escalate violations as needed. Stay informed about current trends and changes in content moderation practices. Fluent in German and proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus. Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Ability to perform well under pressure and handle multiple priorities. Experience in content moderation is advantageous but not a requirement. Strong communication skills with a focus on user satisfaction.
