The Role: Our site in Danbury, CT is seeking a Portfolio Analytics Analyst Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2027 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration. In this role, you will support NPD systems and data quality, Power BI reporting and portfolio insights, AI-enabled analysis and automation, and data governance documentation. What You’ll Do: Learn new product development (NPD) related systems, integration processes and data flows. Assist cross-functional teams with maintaining system data and integrations, reviewing data quality, and resolving data issues. Support the development of Power BI dashboards, portfolio metrics, and KPI reporting to identify trends and generate actionable insights. Apply AI tools to support portfolio analysis, reporting, automation, and process improvement, while validating outputs for accuracy and relevance. Document data mappings and field definitions, and support master data governance and portfolio analytics activities. What We Seek: Currently enrolled as a senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree or as a graduate student pursuing a master’s degree. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-management skills, with attention to data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Ability to learn NPD and enterprise business systems such as Accolade and Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms. Familiarity with Power BI through coursework, academic projects, internships, or work experience is preferred. Practical experience using Microsoft Copilot or other generative AI tools for data analysis, reporting, and workflow automation, including output validation, is strongly preferred. Effective communication and collaboration skills for working across technical, commercial, and business functions. Ability to work independently with guidance, document processes clearly, and support data-quality improvement activities. Note: this role has the option of being fully remote Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year: Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related field. Current undergraduate or graduate student graduating in 2027 or later. Eligibility: Must be a currently enrolled student Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June Must be familiar with the university’s requirements to participate in a co-op program Entegris is not currently hiring candidates for co-ops/internships who will need, now or at any time in the future, Entegris sponsorship through the H1-B lottery.
