Job Description

Lead the transformation that will embed LEGO Discovery Centres into the LEGO Group and create the foundations for future growth. Bring your expertise in integration, operating model implementation and change leadership to turn strategy into execution across a global attraction business.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead the integration of LEGO Discovery Centres into the LEGO Group, ensuring successful development and adoption of LEGO capabilities, processes, governance and ways of working beyond system migration
  • Translate business strategy into clear priorities, roadmaps, governance, milestones and accountability mechanisms that accelerate execution and business impact
  • Lead complex cross-functional transformation initiatives across areas such as digital, CRM, marketing and reporting
  • Establish and drive the leadership cadence for LEGO Location-Based Experiences, ensuring effective decision-making, prioritisation, progress tracking and follow-through
  • Partner with LEGO Group functions and business leaders to align requirements, remove barriers and drive implementation of critical integration priorities
  • Create clarity, momentum and alignment across functional teams, ensuring business-critical initiatives are delivered without diluting functional accountability

Play Your Part In Our Team Succeeding

LEGO Location-Based Experiences has been created following the acquisition of LEGO Discovery Centres, bringing a global network of family attractions into the LEGO Group. As Portfolio & Transformation Director, you will play a critical role in ensuring the business successfully adopts LEGO Group capabilities while maintaining focus on commercial performance and guest experience. Sitting on the leadership team, you will connect strategy, transformation and execution, helping build a scalable, high-performing business positioned for long-term growth.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Significant experience leading complex business transformation, integration, operating model implementation or enterprise-wide change programmes within global consumer-facing businesses
  • Proven track record of turning strategy into execution through clear priorities, governance, roadmaps, decision-making and measurable business outcomes
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across areas such as commercial, marketing and digital
  • Strong stakeholder leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to align senior leaders and drive change without direct authority
  • Demonstrated success embedding new capabilities, processes and ways of working in complex organisational environments
  • Highly structured and execution-oriented, with the ability to create clarity, pace and accountability
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a strong bias for action and delivery
  • Strong leadership, communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to bring people together around shared outcomes
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Operations or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Advanced degree preferred, but proven leadership and transformation experience are valued above formal qualifications
