Role Description The Portugal Online Language School Franchise Partner will oversee the launch, growth, and day-to-day management of a remote virtual language school in Portugal under the Lingua Learn brand. This contract role includes promoting language courses, managing local marketing initiatives, and building relationships with individuals, corporate clients, and educational partners. The partner will coordinate learner onboarding, oversee training delivery quality, and collaborate with Lingua Learn’s central team on curriculum, platform use, and operational standards. Daily activities include conducting market research, analyzing performance data, developing outreach strategies, and ensuring a positive learner experience. The role is fully remote and requires proactive communication with Lingua Learn headquarters to align local operations with global best practices.

• Candidates should possess Training and coaching skills to support instructors and guide learners through the virtual learning environment.
• Experience in education, language training, or franchise operations is beneficial.
• Demonstrated business development or sales experience, especially in online services, is an advantage.
• Comfort with digital tools, virtual collaboration platforms, and remote work is required.
• Fluency in Portuguese and good command of English are highly desirable.
