Role Description The Portugal Online Language School Franchise Partnership is a remote, contract role focused on establishing and growing Lingua Learn’s presence in the Portuguese market. On a day-to-day basis, the franchise partner will oversee local business development, manage online operations, and coordinate marketing activities to attract individual learners and corporate clients. Responsibilities include adapting Lingua Learn’s offerings to local market needs, collaborating with the Global Franchise Support Team on HR, sales, and academic matters, and ensuring high-quality service delivery through the network of qualified teachers. The partner will monitor performance metrics, refine outreach strategies, and maintain compliance with Lingua Learn’s brand standards while building a sustainable online language school in Portugal.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to build client relationships, collaborate with the global support team, and represent the Lingua Learn brand in Portugal.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess market opportunities, understand local demand, and make data-informed business decisions.
• Candidates should possess effective Writing skills to develop clear local marketing content, client proposals, and professional correspondence in English and Portuguese.
• Candidates should possess Training-related skills to coordinate and support teacher onboarding, quality assurance, and learner engagement initiatives.
• Previous experience in education, franchising, entrepreneurship, or online business management is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are expected.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce operations, and client relationship management tools is an advantage.
