Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Portugal Online Language School Franchise Partnership with Lingua Learn Franchise Group. The franchise partner will oversee the setup and growth of Lingua Learn’s online language school in Portugal, including managing local marketing initiatives, coordinating online sales activities, and developing relationships with corporate and individual clients. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring market trends, implementing outreach campaigns, supervising operations supported by Lingua Learn’s global systems, and ensuring high-quality delivery of online language and soft-skills training. The partner will collaborate closely with the Global Franchise Support Team, attend regular performance reviews, and adapt strategies to maximize enrollment, client satisfaction, and revenue in the Portuguese market.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to engage clients, partners, and internal stakeholders effectively.
• Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess market opportunities, track performance, and refine local growth strategies.
• Writing skills to prepare proposals, local marketing content, and clear operational documentation.
• Training experience or aptitude to support staff onboarding and maintain quality standards in online language delivery.
• Background in education, language training, or franchise management is highly beneficial.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or business development, ideally within the online or service sectors.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Portuguese and additional languages is an advantage.
