Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels including telephone, email, and live chat. Assist customers with inquiries related to transportation services, including ticket bookings, scheduling, and changes to itineraries. Provide information on travel routes, shipping options, and cargo services. Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring effective resolution and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operation and service delivery. Stay updated on service offerings, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate advice to customers. Document all customer interactions accurately for quality assurance and reporting purposes. Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably in the transportation or logistics sector. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines. Proficiency with customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn about the transportation industry.
