Role Description The Post Designer role at Growth Hive is a full-time hybrid position based in Sindh, Pakistan, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Post Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling social media and digital posts, including graphics, layouts, and templates aligned with brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include designing post concepts, selecting appropriate colors, fonts, and imagery, and adapting designs for multiple platforms. The role also involves collaborating with content creators, scheduling and organizing design assets, and iterating on feedback to refine designs. As this is an unpaid role, it is ideal for individuals seeking practical experience, a strong portfolio, and exposure to real-world design workflows.
Qualifications

• Ability to design engaging visual posts and layouts for social media and other digital platforms.
• Basic proficiency with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar applications).
• Understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy to ensure clear and attractive designs.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain design consistency.
