The Digital Transformation Centre of Excellence helps Lovewell Blake improve how work is delivered by combining process improvement, automation and appropriate use of emerging technology. The team works across the firm to identify opportunities, establish safe and supportable technology standards, and enable colleagues to make effective use of digital tools.

We are seeking a hands-on Power Automate Developer & Digital Transformation Analyst to support the next phase of our digital transformation program. This role combines Power Platform development, business analysis, process improvement, and user enablement. This is a hybrid-working role with a requirement to occasionally travel to our Norwich office.

You will design and deliver smaller and medium-complexity automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and other Power Platform Products. You will also help business users identify suitable opportunities, document these processes and build confidence in automation, and develop appropriate solutions within a clear governance framework. This role will require occasional travel into the Norwich office
Power Automate development and support
  • Design, build, test, deploy and support automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate cloud flows.
  • Develop solutions that integrate Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams, together with other approved business applications.
  • Diagnosing and resolving issues affecting Power Automate Solutions
  • Contribute to solutions involving Power Apps, Dataverse, APIs, desktop automation or other technologies where these form part of the appropriate architecture.

Business analysis and process improvement
  • Work directly with stakeholders to understand current processes, business requirements, pain points, exceptions, controls and desired outcomes.
  • Challenge existing ways of working and simplify processes before automating them, rather than reproducing unnecessary complexity.
  • Translate business needs into clear, practical, and supportable technical solutions.
Essential
  • You enjoy both building technology and helping other people use it successfully.
  • You are approachable, patient, and able to adapt your communication style to different audiences.
  • Practical commercial experience designing and developing solutions using Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Knowledge of Power Platform environments, connection references, environment variables and application lifecycle management

Desirable
  • 2+ Years working within a transformation team
  • Experience deploying agents using CoPilot Studio
  • Understanding of key I.T. concepts such as databases, networking, security and encryption
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications
  • 26 days + Bank Holidays
  • Access to Medicash Scheme
  • Annual Paid CSR Day
  • Salary Sacrifice Pension Scheme
  • Life assurance scheme
