Power BI Developer

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer to build reliable, data-driven reporting solutions that enable business leadership to monitor project execution, track key performance indicators, and make informed decisions.

This is a hands-on role focused on dashboard development, data modeling, reporting automation, and data accuracy. The ideal candidate will transform data from multiple sources into clear, actionable insights for executive stakeholders.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and executive-level reports.
• Build and optimize data models, using advanced DAX and Power Query.
• Integrate data from multiple sources, including Excel, SharePoint, SQL, and other enterprise systems.
• Automate recurring reporting processes and improve data quality and accuracy.
• Develop drill-down capabilities to support detailed analysis and performance monitoring.
• Implement appropriate data security measures, including role-based access controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.

🛠️ Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Advanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and dashboard development.
• Experience integrating and transforming data from Excel, SharePoint, SQL, and other data sources.
• Experience automating recurring reports and improving data accuracy.
• Ability to build executive-level dashboards with drill-down capabilities.
• Understanding of data security, role-based access, and sensitive information management.
• Mandatory: Professional experience in OT/PCN (Operational Technology/Process Control Network) environments OR the Oil & Gas industry. Candidates must demonstrate experience in at least one of these areas.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Advanced English (mandatory).
