Power BI Specialist (Dynamics 365 F&O)

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Specialist with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) to build, optimize, and maintain enterprise reporting solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to convert complex ERP data into actionable Power BI dashboards and executive reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end Power BI reporting solutions using data sourced from Dynamics 365 F&O.

• Develop complex DAX calculations, measures, tabular models, and custom visualizations.

• Configure data pipelines, BYOD (Bring Your Own Database), Dataverse, and Azure Synapse Link for D365 F&O integration.

• Transform raw ERP financial and operational data into clear analytics for executive and functional teams.

• Perform data validation, query performance tuning, and report optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of total experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Data Warehousing.

• Proven track record building Power BI solutions directly on top of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.

• Strong mastery of DAX, Power Query (M Language), and SQL.

• Solid understanding of D365 F&O data structures (General Ledger, AP/AR, Supply Chain, Inventory).

• Excellent communication skills; based in Canada and authorized to work legally.
