As our new Power Platform & Copilot Engineer, you will build the applications and automation that power the business using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint Online. You will also help embed AI into these solutions through Copilot agents that can answer questions, make decisions, and trigger business processes from concept to production.

The AI side of the role is where you will continue to grow, and we will support you along the way. Experience with Copilot Studio is a plus but not required. If you have successfully delivered Power Platform solutions, you already have a strong foundation. With a structured learning path and support from senior consultants, you will gradually take on more advanced AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint Online solutions that support critical business processes.
• Develop Copilot agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio, including instructions, knowledge grounding, topics, connectors, and actions.
• Integrate solutions with Dataverse, SharePoint, REST APIs, authentication services, and third-party platforms.
• Deploy and manage solutions across development, test, and production environments in line with established ALM, governance, and approval processes.
• Produce solution documentation and operational runbooks, while supporting user acceptance testing, adoption activities, and early-life support.
• Proactively identify when designs, assumptions, or requirements do not hold up during delivery, and raise issues early to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues across Copilot, Power Platform, and integrated systems, while contributing reusable templates, components, and delivery patterns that accelerate future projects.

What we need to see from you

• Proven experience delivering Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) and Power Automate solutions in production environments.
• Strong understanding of Dataverse, data modelling, solution lifecycle management, and environment governance.
• Experience working with SharePoint Online, including content structures, permissions, and integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience integrating solutions with REST APIs, custom connectors, or third-party systems.
• A practical, hands-on approach to building, testing, troubleshooting, and validating your own solutions before release.
• Strong technical curiosity and the ability to understand what happens beneath the tools, not just how to configure them.
• Experience with Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents, Python, C#, Microsoft Fabric, or agent identity and governance concepts is a strong advantage.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, AI, Copilot, Azure AI, or Fabric are very welcome, but not required.
