As a member of the IT & Digital team, you will be at the heart of the Group's digital transformation initiatives across an international environment (3 Business Units: EMEA, AMERICAS & APAC, 3 R&D Centers, 4 Industrial Sites).

Beyond developing solutions, your mission is to act as a Power Platform ambassador across the organization. You will promote digital innovation, foster adoption of Microsoft technologies, and proactively engage with business teams to identify opportunities where technology can simplify processes, improve efficiency, and create value.

Your main responsibilities

Drive Power Platform adoption and innovation

• Act as the internal ambassador for Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot and AI-powered business solutions.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across departments and proactively engage with teams to understand their challenges, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
• Identify automation, digitalization, and AI use cases before they are formally requested.
• Promote a citizen development culture and encourage business ownership of digital solutions.
• Organize workshops, awareness sessions, community events, and initiatives such as hackathons to increase engagement and adoption.

Design and deliver business solutions

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Microsoft Power Platform solutions leveraging low-code technologies and AI capabilities.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Cloud Flows, Copilot Studio agents, and other Power Platform components.
• Integrate solutions with Dataverse, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365 services, APIs, and other enterprise systems.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, user-friendly, and maintainable solutions.
• Ensure solution reliability, performance, security, and compliance with IT standards.

Support and enable the business

• Provide support and continuously improve existing solutions.
• Coach and train business users to increase their autonomy and Power Platform capabilities.
• Act as a trusted advisor for departments looking to improve their processes through digital tools and automation.
• Share best practices and help establish governance for low-code development across the organization.

Your profile

Master's degree (or equivalent) with experience in Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 environments.

Required skills & experience

Technical expertise

• Proven hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio and Dataverse.
• Experience with integrations, APIs and Microsoft 365 is a plus.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
