Power Platform Support Analyst

You will join a team focused on the operation and support of Power Platform, working in a service-oriented environment centered on incident resolution and collaboration with technical specialists. Your role will be to provide operational and technical support for Power Platform, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric, managing requests and incidents within an ITSM framework.

How a day to day would look like in this role:

  • Provide technical and operational support for Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Manage environments, users, permissions, security roles, and Dataverse components.
  • Support Power Apps and Power Automate, including applications, flows, connections, solutions, and gateways.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents by reviewing configurations, errors, logs, and other available information.
  • Manage requests and incidents following ITSM processes, including follow-up, documentation, escalation, and closure.

What we need to see from you

  • Hands-on experience providing technical or operational support for Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Practical knowledge of components such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, or Microsoft Fabric.
  • Ability to troubleshoot applications, flows, connections, gateways, permissions, and configurations.
  • Knowledge of user and permission management, security roles, DLP policies, licensing, or capacity consumption within the Microsoft ecosystem.
