Lead and manage the Merchandiser team for Key Accounts across Türkiye Oversee the development and performance management of the team Ensure the achievement of target vs. actual results within the team Manage and monitor all pre- and post-sales activities Ensure adherence to application and operational standards Oversee display and stand positioning to enhance visual presence Drive increased visual awareness and shelf space share Ensure alignment with company priorities in the application of standards Ensure compliance with in-store sales activities across the region Monitor and ensure adherence to routing schedules Optimize inefficient routes to improve productivity Actively train and work alongside the team to ensure high performance Continuously enhance skills and competencies by working closely with the team Bachelor's degree from relevant departments of universities In-depth technical knowledge and market understanding of power tools Proven negotiation skills with a track record of successful outcomes Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Willingness to travel and demonstrate mobility as needed Prior experience in managing key accounts and client relationships Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and development
