PR Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and independent PR Manager to strengthen the company’s external communications and brand presence across international markets. The role covers media relations, reputation management, executive communications, events, and branded content, with responsibility for coordinating PR initiatives, managing external partners, and maintaining consistent brand messaging across key channels.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in PR and brand communications.
• Experience in fintech, brokerage, trading, crypto, iGaming, or another relevant tech-driven industry; APAC and MENA experience is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on experience with media relations, pitching, earned/paid media outreach, and securing relevant coverage.
• Fluent English and Russian with strong writing, editing, and speaking skills.
• Strong PR writing skills across press releases, media pitches, interviews, articles, briefs, and other communication materials.
• Experience managing PR projects, events, agencies, vendors, partners, and multiple stakeholders across several deadlines.
• Strong research and sourcing skills, with the ability to identify media, partnerships, speaking opportunities, contractors, and other relevant PR opportunities.
• Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Good understanding of reputation management, brand communications, and PR performance/KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Drive PR and brand communication initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness, visibility, credibility, and overall presence across target markets.
• Develop and maintain a strong media presence by building relationships with relevant journalists, reviewers, and media partners, while continuously identifying new opportunities for coverage and collaboration.
• Build the visibility and thought leadership of key company representatives by identifying and securing relevant interviews, podcasts, speaking engagements, and other external opportunities.
• Support the development of HR and Business Development branding on LinkedIn in close collaboration with the SMM team.
• Coordinate company participation in industry events, expos, conferences, and other offline activations, including organizers, vendors, production, logistics, and supporting materials.
• Support online reputation management across review platforms and media, including monitoring sentiment, working with platforms such as Trustpilot, coordinating media reviews, and responding to reputational risks.
• Manage industry awards and recognition opportunities, from research and applications to communication, submissions, and media coverage.
• Maintain PR plans, budgets, timelines, and reporting, ensuring activities stay on track and results are clearly measured against agreed goals.

• Hands-on PR experience across APAC and MENA markets.
• Existing relationships with regional media, journalists, agencies, or industry partners in Asia and MENA.
