Your team

At Noxtua, we're building Europe's Legal AI, and our Comms team makes sure legal professionals, legal publishers, partners, and the wider public hear our story clearly and from us first. As our PR Manager, you'll support our media presence: building relationships with legal, business and tech journalists, turning product launches, publisher partnerships and company milestones into stories that get covered, and positioning our leadership as a credible voice on Legal AI and AI in Europe. You'll work closely with Marketing, Partnerships, Product and our Event Manager to keep every message consistent and on brand.

You’ll report to Dr. Clara Herdeanu, Chief Communications Officer at Noxtua, who has spent more than 10 years in Communications and Public Affairs on both the agency and corporate side, communicating for companies including Mozilla, Stack Overflow, Alteryx, Open-Xchange and ebm-papst. At Noxtua, she is part of the management team and leads national and international Communications and Public Affairs.

About you

  • You have 3 plus years of experience in PR or media relations, in an agency or in-house, ideally in B2B tech, legal, or professional services.

  • You have established relationships with journalists in Germany, ideally in legal trade, business, and tech media, and a track record of earned coverage you can point to.

  • You are an excellent writer who turns complex technology into clear, newsworthy stories: press releases, pitches, bylines, and Q&As.

  • You have prepared executives for interviews, panels, and media appearances.

  • You are agile, flexible, and good at multitasking. You can take ownership and have a hands-on mindset.

  • You speak native-level German and fluent English, and any additional European Languages are a plus.

Your responsibilities

  • Media relations: build and maintain relationships with legal, business and tech journalists; pitch stories proactively; handle incoming press enquiries and set up interviews.

  • Announcements: write and coordinate press releases and press kits for corporate and product topics

  • Thought leadership: find and secure speaking, byline and interview opportunities for our CEO and C-level team; prepare briefings and talking points.

  • Awards and rankings: identify relevant industry awards and rankings and prepare submissions.

  • Reputation and issues: monitor media coverage and the wider debate on Legal AI; support the CCO with issues and crisis communication.

  • Internal communications: support the CCO with internal communications, such as company announcements and all-hands updates, so our team hears our news clearly and first.

  • Measure and improve: report on coverage, share of voice and message pull-through, and use the results to sharpen our story and decide where we invest next.

Our offer to you

Building Europe's sovereign Legal AI is ambitious, meaningful work — and we want the people doing it to be properly looked after. Our benefits are built around flexibility, real-time off to recharge, and the setup to do your best work from wherever you are.

  • Remote: 100% remote work possible (given a German residence), other countries upon request
  • Working hours: Flexible working hours
  • Vacation: 26 days + December 24th & 31st off, + 1 additional vacation day per year of employment (up to 30 days)
  • Discounts: e.g., Urban Sports Club Membership, depending on location
  • Equipment: Laptop (Lenovo or Mac), plus a home office setup budget (paid with your first salary)
