業務内容：

担当いただく業務には、以下が含まれます。

• 世界的なラグジュアリーホテル、トラベル、ライフスタイルブランドのPR・マーケティング業務
• PR戦略、キャンペーンの企画・プロポーザル作成
• プレスリリース、メディア向け資料、ピッチ文、ブランドストーリーの作成
• 日本および海外メディアやインフルエンサーとのリレーション構築
• メディアイベント、ブランドローンチ、インタビュー等の企画・運営
• インフルエンサー施策、インフルエンサーツアー、プレスツアーの企画・コーディネーション
• ラグジュアリーホテルやデスティネーションでのメディア・インフルエンサー滞在対応
• クライアントイベント、ブランドアクティベーションへの参加・運営サポート
• 新しいPR企画、ブランドパートナーシップ、ストーリーアングルの提案
• メディア掲載のモニタリング、レポート作成
• 国内外のクライアント案件のプロジェクトマネジメント
• 日本国内への出張
• 海外出張、海外プレスツアー、海外クライアントプロジェクトへの参加機会

この仕事には、同じ一日はほとんどありません。

ある日は一流ラグジュアリークライアントのPR企画を提案し、別の日にはラグジュアリーホテルのオープニングイベントを運営する。

インフルエンサーツアーを企画したり、国内外へ出張したり、海外のチームとプロジェクトを進めたりすることもあります。

ラグジュアリー、ホテル、トラベル、ライフスタイルの世界に深く関わりながら、国際的なPRキャリアを築いていけるポジションです。

勤務地は東京。フルタイムで基本はリモートワークのハイブリッド勤務です。

応募資格：

• PR、メディアリレーション、マーケティング、コミュニケーション分野での経験3年以上
• メディア・インフルエンサーとのコネクション
• 高いコミュニケーション力、文章作成力
• 英語でのコミュニケーション能力
• 日本語でのメディア・クライアント対応能力
• プレスリリース、メディアピッチ、企画書なのPR資料作成スキル
• ラグジュアリー、ホテル、旅行、ファッション、ライフスタイル業界での経験があれば尚可
• クライアント、メディア、インフルエンサー、海外パートナーと自信を持ってコミュニケーションできる方
• 複数のプロジェクトを同時に管理できる高い整理力と責任感
• スピード感のある環境を楽しみながら、細部まで丁寧に仕事ができる方
• SNS、インフルエンサーマーケティングへの理解
• イベント参加や国内・海外出張に柔軟に対応できる方
• 大学卒業資格、または同等の実務経験

Role Description

COLOURS. is looking for an ambitious and curious PR & Marketing Executive to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in luxury communications while working with world-renowned luxury hotels and brands.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing PR and marketing activities for world-class luxury hotels, travel and lifestyle brands
• Developing PR strategies, campaign ideas and proposals
• Writing press releases, media materials, pitches and brand stories
• Building and maintaining relationships with Japanese and international media and influencers
• Planning and managing media events, brand launches and interviews
• Planning and coordinating influencer campaigns, influencer trips and press trips
• Supporting media and influencer stays at luxury hotels and destinations
• Attending and supporting client events and brand activations
• Developing new PR ideas, brand partnerships and compelling story angles
• Monitoring media coverage and preparing client reports
• Managing domestic and international client projects
• Opportunities for business travel within Japan
• Opportunities for international travel, overseas press trips and global client projects

No two days are the same.

One day, you may be developing a PR proposal for a leading luxury client; the next, you may be managing the opening event of a luxury hotel.

You may be planning an influencer trip, travelling within Japan or overseas, or working closely with international teams on global projects.

This role offers the opportunity to build an international PR career while gaining hands-on experience across luxury, hospitality, travel and lifestyle communications.

The position is based in Tokyo and is full-time, with a hybrid working arrangement that is primarily remote.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in PR, media relations, marketing or communications
• Established relationships with media and influencers
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Strong English communication skills
• Strong Japanese communication skills for media and client relations
• Ability to create press releases, media pitches, proposals and other PR materials
• Experience in luxury, hospitality, travel, fashion or lifestyle industries is a plus
• Confidence communicating with clients, media, influencers and international partners
• Strong organisational skills and a high level of responsibility, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Good understanding of social media and influencer marketing
• Flexibility to attend events and travel domestically and internationally when required
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
