Job Description :

En Havas Perú buscamos un/a Practicante Profesional de Recursos Humanos que quiera seguir desarrollándose en el área y aprender de los distintos procesos de Gestión Humana.

Funciones

• Brindar soporte en los procesos administrativos y operativos del área de Recursos Humanos.
• Apoyar en la gestión de ingresos de nuevos colaboradores y documentación correspondiente.
• Realizar seguimiento a convenios y documentación vinculada a practicantes.
• Mantener actualizada la información y registros del personal.
• Apoyar en la coordinación y seguimiento de procesos internos de Recursos Humanos.
• Brindar soporte en la elaboración y actualización de reportes del área.
• Atender consultas y solicitudes de colaboradores relacionadas con los procesos a su cargo.
• Apoyar al equipo de Recursos Humanos en otras iniciativas y actividades del área.
  

Requisitos

• Egresado/a de Administración, Gestión Empresarial, Recursos Humanos, Psicología o carreras afines.
• Interés en desarrollarse en el área de Recursos Humanos.
• Manejo de Excel a nivel intermedio.
• Deseable experiencia previa de prácticas en Recursos Humanos.
• Organización, comunicación, proactividad y atención al detalle.
• Disponibilidad para realizar prácticas profesionales.
