We are seeking an experienced senior consultant to join our team as a certified Microsoft Solution Partner in Modern Work in a rapidly growing team full of opportunity. As a certified expert in the Microsoft cloud ecosystem, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing collaboration and productivity solutions for our enterprise clients. Your primary focus will be the new partner offerings of the Microsoft 365 roadmap, including Microsoft Teams, Copilot for M365, Viva, and adoption and change management of the M365 suite. Additional focus areas include SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Frontline Worker capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the overall solution and practice architect, collaborating with enterprise clients and internal delivery and sales partners to add a new market offering to the Modern Work M365 portfolio, leveraging demonstrated expertise across the full Microsoft enterprise roadmap. Includes the proposal and SOW process to engagement completion.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, project managers, and other technical teams to analyze, design, develop, and deploy successful implementation of custom solutions for clients.
  • Establish and lead a market offering-based Center of Excellence internally to promote standard processes, reusable components, and governance for the growing practice, building it out as a customer offering. Partner with internal IT to validate and build out the content.
  • Stay up to date with Microsoft collaboration technologies, industry trends, and emerging features on the Modern Work roadmap, including Microsoft Copilot, Viva, Frontline Worker, Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
  • Intellectual and technical curiosity: Must be committed to actively maintaining and acquiring official Microsoft certifications year over year to help maintain Solution Provider Partner status and specializations, minimum 1 new certification per year.

Qualification Must-Haves:

  • Microsoft Certifications must have at least one current M365 official certification.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in a professional consulting services environment, working directly with enterprise clients, architecting, and hands-on development of custom solutions with SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Teams. Copilot and Viva preferred, but understand they are brand new.
  • Experience implementing organizational change management in an enterprise M365 deployment, ideally including F1 licenses.
  • Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven track record of successful collaboration projects with strong customer service and high customer satisfaction metrics.
