Practice Development Manager - Optical Marketplace (Remote, East Coast)

Own marketplace performance across a growing territory of optometry practices for a fast-growing digital eye care platform. You will get practices live, train doctors and staff, and change how practices sell.

What you'll do

• Own a territory end to end: activation, training, adoption and revenue growth.
• Drive attach rate and revenue per practice.
• Lead change management so the platform becomes part of the daily workflow.
• Train practice teams on the platform and in-exam selling.
• Share pilot feedback with leadership and turn top-performer stories into playbooks.

• 8+ years in optical retail, practice management or retail field leadership.
• Sales experience in the optical industry and strong relationships in the optical community.
• Understanding of optometry office and patient flow.
• Tech-savvy and revenue-driven; comfortable in the field daily.
• SaaS or healthcare technology experience preferred.

• Contract: 6 months, with possible extension
• Shift: Full-time, field-based daytime schedule (40 hours/week)
• Remote – East Coast, with up to 75% travel (travel expenses reimbursed)
