The Opportunity

A leading global pharmaceutical organisation is seeking an experienced Launch Support Lead to play a key role in preparing products for commercial launch.

This position will sit at the centre of cross-functional launch activities, partnering with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Product Development and Commercial teams to ensure operational readiness for new product introductions and global market launches.

  Essential Experience
  
  
  • 5+ years experience.
  • Product launch or launch readiness experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Project management experience and ownership of delivery.
    
    
  Desirable Experience
  
  
  • Operations, technical operations or manufacturing background.
  • Experience supporting product commercialisation or operational readiness.
  • Pharma, biotech, medtech or broader life sciences experience.
  • Experience within a global or multi-site environment.
