Job Description
This is a remote position.
Join discovery calls and client workshops alongside the business development team; qualify opportunities and identify where AllMates.ai fits.
Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, tailoring demo flows and datasets to the prospect's industry and pain points.
Contribute to proposals, RFP/tender responses and solution write-ups — scope, approach, assumptions, deliverables and timelines.
Support grant and funding submissions (e.g. EDG) were relevant, including framing of business outcomes and deliverables.
Respond to client technical and functional queries during the sales cycle, escalating to the product/engineering team where needed.
Run requirement workshops and stakeholder interviews; document current-state processes and target-state outcomes.
Produce clear artefacts: business requirement documents, functional specifications, process flows, data mappings, agent/use-case definitions and acceptance criteria.
Identify data sources, integration touchpoints and system dependencies (EMR, ERP, CRM, file-based and API sources).
Challenge and prioritise requirements — distinguish must-have from nice-to-have, and manage scope against commercial reality.
Obtain formal client sign-off on requirements before build begins.
Break requirements into work packages and contribute effort estimates in collaboration with the technical team.
Highlight risks, assumptions, dependencies and exclusions that affect cost and timeline.
Support commercial structuring of the proposal — phasing, licensing, implementation and support components.
Own the delivery plan: milestones, task allocation, dependencies and critical path.
Run day-to-day coordination between the client and the internal AllMates team; chair status calls and issue meeting minutes and progress reports. Track and manage issues, risks, and change requests; raise change requests where scope moves and secure client agreement before work proceeds.
Manage client expectations proactively — flag slippage early, propose mitigation, keep the account healthy.
Maintain project documentation, RAID logs and handover material.
Define test scenarios and test cases traceable to the agreed requirements and acceptance criteria.
Walk the client through the test scenarios and secure written approval of the UAT scope before execution.
Execute functional, integration and regression testing; log defects with clear reproduction steps and expected vs actual behaviour.
Coordinate client-side UAT: schedule sessions, guide client testers, triage feedback, and distinguish defects from change requests.
Manage defect resolution cycles with the technical team through to closure and formal UAT sign-off.
Support go-live readiness, user training, and post-implementation handover to support.
Requirements
6+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Implementation Consultant in software, SaaS, BI/analytics or IT consulting.
Demonstrated experience across the full delivery lifecycle — requirements through UAT and go-live.
Strong requirements documentation skills (BRD, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria).
Experience defining and executing test scenarios and managing client UAT.
Client-facing confidence: able to run a workshop, present to management, and hold a difficult scope conversation professionally.
Excellent written and spoken English; clear, structured, concise communication.
Working knowledge of data concepts — databases, SQL, APIs, data integration and reporting.
Genuine curiosity about agentic AI and a track record of self-directed learning — able to pick up new tools, platform features and AI capabilities quickly and put them to practical use in client work without formal training
Fast domain absorption — able to learn an unfamiliar industry's processes, terminology and pain points within the first few weeks of an engagement, well enough to hold a credible conversation with client subject-matter experts.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities — typically two to four engagements at different stages (pre-sales, build, UAT) — with the discipline to prioritise, switch context cleanly and keep every client informed.
Comfortable operating with autonomy in a lean consulting team
Domain experience in FMCG, Retail, ERP, healthcare or public sector.
Ability to travel to client locations in Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam etc).
