About the role

We are looking for an early-career Support Specialist to join our Global Sales Engineering team and support the end-to-end preparation, coordination, and maintenance of customer-facing technical response content. In this role, you will help respond to RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, security questionnaires, tenders, proposals, and related customer requests by working with approved content, internal knowledge sources, and subject matter experts across the business.
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, curious, and interested in building experience at the intersection of sales engineering, proposal operations, cybersecurity, knowledge management, and AI-enabled productivity tools. You will play an important support role in helping Sales and Sales Engineering teams deliver accurate, consistent, and timely responses to customers and prospects.
This is a primarily remote role based in Manila, Philippines, with occasional in-office attendance required for business needs, training, team meetings, leadership requests, or company policy.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a global environment, communicating through Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools, and managing priorities across different regions and time zones.

What you will do

  • Assist with the preparation, coordination, formatting, review, and maintenance of RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, security questionnaires, tenders, proposals, and related customer response documents.

  • Use approved content, templates, response libraries, and knowledge sources to support accurate, complete, consistent, and submission-ready responses.

  • Coordinate with Sales Engineers, Sales teams, and internal subject matter experts to clarify requirements, gather information, resolve open questions, and track dependencies.

  • Identify missing, outdated, duplicate, or inconsistent content and escalate gaps, risks, or unusual requests to the appropriate owner for review.

  • Maintain SharePoint repositories, response libraries, templates, completed submissions, reusable content, and supporting documentation in line with naming, classification, and governance standards.

  • Support AI-enabled knowledge tools by assisting with content preparation, tagging, validation, testing, and quality review of retrieved or generated responses.

  • Track assigned requests, deadlines, owners, status updates, and completion evidence using approved operational tools and team processes.

  • Contribute to reporting, process documentation, knowledge transfer, training materials, and continuous improvement activities that improve response quality and team efficiency.

  • What you will bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant education, certification, or work experience.

  • Up to two years of relevant experience preferred, including exposure to proposal support, sales operations, customer response management, cybersecurity, enterprise software, knowledge management, or technical documentation.

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to write clearly, organize information, and adapt content for customer-facing use.

  • Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder inputs.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.

  • Comfort working with structured content, templates, repositories, collaboration platforms, and AI-enabled productivity or knowledge tools.

  • Interest in cybersecurity, technical content, proposal operations, sales enablement, knowledge management, process improvement, or customer-facing technical communication.

  • Familiarity with RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, security questionnaires, cybersecurity concepts, enterprise software, or knowledge management platforms is an asset

  • What success looks like

In this role, success means becoming a trusted support partner to the Sales Engineering team by producing high-quality response content, keeping knowledge sources organised and current, following established processes, and communicating clearly when questions, risks, or dependencies arise. Over time, you will build product, process, and platform knowledge while contributing to a more scalable and consistent customer response experience.
