About the Role

As a Senior or Lead Data Engineer, you will be responsible for building, optimizing, and supporting data pipelines and data solutions across cloud platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to leverage state-of-the-art cloud tools and ensure seamless data ecosystem performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, construct, and maintain scalable data pipelines and backend data infrastructure.
• Implement and manage cloud-based data workflows using Microsoft Azure, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to refine operational efficiency and resolve data engineering challenges.
• (Lead level) Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and mentorship across engineering initiatives.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in Data Engineering.
• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Azure, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Willingness to work a full remote schedule on a 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM, Monday to Friday shift.
• Based in the Philippines.

Good-to-Have

• Relevant Microsoft or Databricks certifications (e.g., Azure Data Engineer Associate).
• Experience leading or mentoring junior data engineers.
