  • Lead executive‑level meetings, quarterly business reviews, and strategic planning sessions to align client goals with product capabilities.
  • Ensure timely and coordinated resolution of escalations while maintaining transparent client communication and confidence.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end program management for large‑scale enterprise implementations and multi‑channel solution deployments.
  • Partner closely with Product and Operations leadership to advocate for client needs, influence roadmap priorities, and enhance the client value proposition.
  • Track and report on performance metrics including adoption, usage, satisfaction (NPS/CSAT), and commercial growth indicators.
  • Mentor and support Relationship Management peers to promote best practices within the enterprise success model.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of client relationship management, enterprise account management, or program management experience in a B2B SaaS, technology, or financial services organization.
  • Proven expertise working within the broker‑dealer, recordkeeping, and financial advisory ecosystem, with familiarity in fiduciary management platforms, data aggregation, advisor compensation, and related technology solutions.
  • Proven track record managing complex, multi‑stakeholder client relationships with measurable revenue growth or retention outcomes.
  • Strong executive presence, communication, and presentation skills with experience engaging senior client stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large‑scale programs, cross‑functional initiatives, and concurrent priorities.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
