About the role
As the Premium Operations Coordinator, you are responsible for reviewing and processing new business and/or in-force incoming funds received daily. In addition to completing multiple individual and group task assignments across multiple divisions, you will reconcile what you have processed every single day, including problem solving to resolving any discrepancies. This role supports multiple work types and service-level expectations, with ongoing opportunities to cross-train and expand your knowledge across Premium Operations.
What you will do
- Review paper and electronic funds for negotiability
- Allocate remittance back up to accurately create entries into the appropriate systems
- Reconcile daily transactions and resolve discrepancies
- Contribute to the maintenance of accurate records
- Assist with administrative assignments and projects as business needs change
- Provide backup support across multiple operations tasks
- Adhere to service level agreements

Compensation
Hourly Range: $22.00 - $33.95 plus eligibility for a Company Annual Bonus
