What you bring Completed commercial or equivalent education Several years of professional experience in the travel industry, with tour operators or travel agencies, or at least 3 years of professional experience in luxury concierge, hospitality or high-end customer service Solid GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus) and excellent destination knowledge Fluent in Arabic and English Passion for travel, luxury, gastronomy, events, and culture Excellent communication skills, problem-solving and service orientation High quality awareness and attention to detail Full-time availability Unfortunately, career changers cannot be considered for this position. Hybrid / Remote Work Guidelines Please note that if you live within commuting distance of the office, you will have the opportunity to work a hybrid model – at least 3x per week in the office. A secure home office setup at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions, is required.
