The Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Presales Designer to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in the exciting world of educational technology. As a Presales Designer, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by building sandboxes and demonstrating our products to potential customers. You will also work closely with our product development team to provide feedback on new features and ideas. Core Responsibilities Build sandboxes and demonstrate Thrive Learning's products to potential customers Support the sales team with technical presentations and proposals Creation of documentation throughout the Sales Process, including assisting Internal Handover Stay up-to-date on the latest educational technology trends Stay up-to-date on our competitors and the market Provide feedback on new features and ideas to the product development team Essential Skills A strong interest in technology and education Excellent communication and presentation skills Passionate about solving problems for customers with new technologies Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and a commitment to quality A willingness to learn and grow Desirable Skills Educational Technology Experience Familiarity with cloud computing and SaaS Experience with e-learning development Knowledge of industry standards for learning content Experience with project management Experience with Canva/Design tools Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers/colleagues Experience working with API technologies Benefits Unlimited Holiday to support work-life balance Thrivedays—a reduced workday every Friday (10:00–15:00 UK Time), with no internal meetings Flexible Working Hours within core hours (10:00–16:00UK Time) Birthday & Christmas Off, including festive shutdown between Christmas & New Year Work From Anywhere—fully remote-friendly (4 weeks a year) What to Expect We believe that finding a new job should be an enjoyable process.
