  • Owning your ambition and fueling your career growth.
  • Collaborating with a vibrant, inclusive, global team.

It’s all possible with a role at Esko. Esko, a Veralto company, is a global provider of integrated software and hardware solutions that accelerate the go-to-market process of packaged goods. Our integrated platform and comprehensive tools empower retailers, pre-media and trade shops, manufacturers, and converters to manage best-in-class packaging design and print processes.

Innovation is built into the DNA of our business: every day, we challenge ourselves to be better by seeking out new ways to elevate our products, our processes, and our people.

We also know that innovation and ingenuity starts with prioritizing a diverse workforce and a deeply inclusive workplace. We encourage people from all backgrounds to apply to our positions.

Reporting to the Global PreSales Director, the PreSales Enablement Manager (Supplier Software) is responsible for bringing Esko’s Supplier software to life for our commercial teams. You will develop compelling demo stories, maintain our global demo platforms, create digital content, and equip PreSales, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams to engage customers and drive growth worldwide. This is a hybrid role and will be located in the UK, Belgium, Germany; other European or US locations can be considered for candidates who already hold the right to work there.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Building and maintaining segment-specific demo stories across the Esko Supplier portfolio, including ArtPro+, DeskPack, Phoenix, Automation Engine, ArtiosCAD and WebCenter.
  • Designing and maintaining the global Esko Supplier demo systems, keeping them polished and aligned with Deployment Kits.
  • Scripting, recording and editing micro-demo movies and interactive demos (via Consensus) that sales reps use in early customer conversations and that feature on Esko’s digital channels.
  • Developing training materials and certification paths for PreSales, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success, together with Sales Enablement and L&D.
  • Partnering with Product Management to turn new features and roadmap priorities into market-relevant demo stories and collateral.
  • Supporting Marketing with product-led content for webinars, product launches and trade shows. Travel is minimal, limited to occasional trade shows and events.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Experience in a customer-facing PreSales, solutions consulting or technical training role (e.g., Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, Technical Trainer, Solution Architect).
  • Hands-on knowledge of Esko Supplier software, such as ArtPro+, DeskPack, Automation Engine, WebCenter or ArtiosCAD.
  • Experience producing demo videos, interactive demos or technical training content, using tools such as Camtasia, Consensus or similar.
  • Full professional fluency in English, spoken and written, to a level suitable for externally published video and multimedia content.
  • Existing right to work in the hiring location; this role does not offer visa sponsorship or relocation.
