Over de functie

Voor onze Belgische organisatie zoeken we een Preventieadviseur Niveau 1 die een sleutelrol wil spelen in het verder uitbouwen van ons welzijns- en preventiebeleid.

In deze rol combineer je de verantwoordelijkheid voor de wettelijke preventietaken met een brede focus op welzijn, mentale gezondheid en duurzame inzetbaarheid. Je bent een vertrouwde adviseur voor medewerkers, leidinggevenden en management en draagt actief bij aan een werkomgeving waar mensen zich veilig, gezond en betrokken voelen.

De functie omvat zowel de klassieke taken van een preventieadviseur als het uitwerken van initiatieven die medewerkers ondersteunen gedurende hun volledige loopbaan. Je krijgt de ruimte om beleid mee vorm te geven, verbeteringen te realiseren en welzijn stevig te verankeren in de organisatie.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Preventieadviseur ben je verantwoordelijk voor de verdere ontwikkeling en uitvoering van het welzijnsbeleid binnen de organisatie. Je taken omvatten onder meer:

Deze job bestaat uit 60% preventieadviseur verantwoordelijkheden en 40% preventie- en welzijnsbeleid.
Het uitwerken, implementeren en opvolgen van het preventie- en welzijnsbeleid.
Het adviseren van management, leidinggevenden en medewerkers over welzijn, veiligheid en gezondheid op het werk.
Het uitvoeren en begeleiden van risicoanalyses en het formuleren van passende preventiemaatregelen.
Het opstellen, opvolgen en actualiseren van het Globaal Preventieplan en het Jaaractieplan.
Het ondersteunen van het Comité voor Preventie en Bescherming op het Werk en het opvolgen van de daaruit voortvloeiende acties.
Het onderzoeken van arbeidsongevallen, incidenten en welzijnsrisico’s en het formuleren van concrete verbeteracties.
Het onderhouden van de samenwerking met externe preventiediensten en andere gespecialiseerde partners.
Het ontwikkelen van initiatieven rond psychosociaal welzijn, veerkracht, stressbeheer en werkbaar werk.
Het uitwerken van programma’s rond duurzame inzetbaarheid, gezondheid en welzijn.
Het organiseren van sensibiliseringsacties, opleidingen en workshops rond welzijn en gezondheid.
Het analyseren van welzijnsindicatoren en het vertalen van inzichten naar concrete verbeterinitiatieven.
Het bijdragen aan een cultuur waarin welzijn, respect en duurzame prestaties centraal staan.

Jouw profiel

Je beschikt over een diploma Preventieadviseur Niveau 1.

Je beschikt over een diploma Preventieadviseur Niveau 2 en bent bereid om binnen 18 maanden het diploma Preventieadviseur Niveau 1 te behalen.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

Een bachelor- of masterniveau, of een gelijkwaardig niveau door ervaring.
Enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen preventie, welzijn, HR of een gelijkaardige context.
Een goede kennis van de Belgische welzijnswetgeving, of de bereidheid om die kennis verder uit te bouwen.
Sterke advies- en communicatievaardigheden.
Een pragmatische, hands-on en oplossingsgerichte aanpak.
Een hoog verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een sterk gevoel voor discretie.
Het vermogen om beleidsmatig te denken en tegelijk operationele resultaten te realiseren.
Ervaring met welzijnsprogramma’s, psychosociale risicoanalyses of initiatieven rond duurzame inzetbaarheid is een pluspunt.
Een vlotte beheersing van het Nederlands en het Engels.
Frans is een pluspunt.
