We’re seeking a Pricing Analyst to support pricing and commercial decisions across our North America business. In this role, you’ll partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and the rest of the Revenue Operations team to analyze customer, market, and pricing data, deliver actionable insights, and help drive profitable growth. You’ll play a key role in supporting pricing programs, improving decision-making, and identifying opportunities to optimize revenue and margin performance.

Location: This is a hybrid role, based out of our Global Support Center in Rosemont, IL. M/F are remote and Tu-Th are in-office collaboration days.

As our Pricing Analyst, you will:

• Analyze pricing, sales, customer, and profitability data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities across the NAMER business.
• Support pricing strategy execution by evaluating pricing requests, discounting practices, and commercial programs.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and financial models that help guide business decisions.
• Monitor competitive pricing, market trends, and business performance to support pricing recommendations.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams to improve pricing effectiveness and profitability.
• Evaluate customer and channel performance to identify opportunities to maximize revenue and margin.
• Support annual pricing reviews, forecasting, budgeting, and other commercial initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance reporting, data quality, and decision-making.

What Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is looking for in our Pricing Analyst:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in pricing, finance, revenue operations, sales operations, business analytics, or a related analytical function.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar reporting tools is preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing, durable goods, or B2B environment is preferred.

At Life Fitness / Hammer Strength, we believe in taking care of our team with a comprehensive total rewards package that includes competitive pay and a range of valuable benefits. The salary range for this position, intended for U.S. applicants, is $62,300 - $86,000 annually.
