Apply Description The Pricing & Rebate Analyst is a key member of the Product Management team, responsible for accurate pricing execution, rebate and incentive administration, margin analysis, and pricing decision support. This role helps protect and improve value creation by ensuring that customer prices, formula pricing, rebates, accruals, and related commercial conditions are maintained accurately in SAP and aligned with approved business strategy. The analyst works closely with Product Management, Commercial, Finance, Customer Service, and other business partners to support timely price implementation, transparent rebate governance, clear reporting, and effective resolution of pricing or rebate issues. Role Tasks & Responsibilities • Pricing execution and master data: Execute approved pricing strategies by ensuring timely, accurate setup and maintenance of customer prices, formula prices, spot prices, price bands, and related pricing records in SAP. Enter monthly price forecast, as part of S&OP process, for review with Product Director. • Pricing support and issue resolution: Monitor and respond to pricing-related requests from Customer Service, Commercial teams, Product Management, and other business partners; investigate and resolve price discrepancies in a timely manner. • Rebate and incentive administration: Maintain and validate customer rebate, incentive, and price formula agreements, including documentation, setup, accrual tracking, settlement support, and payout reconciliation in partnership with Finance. • Analysis and reporting: Monitor price realization, margin development, rebate exposure, customer profitability, and key commercial risks; develop reports, dashboards, and insights to support Product Management and Commercial decision-making. • Process governance and improvement: Ensure pricing and rebate processes follow approved policies, delegation of authority, documentation standards, and audit requirements; identify opportunities to improve data quality, reduce manual work, and strengthen controls. • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Product Management, Commercial, Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Legal, and IT to support price changes, rebate programs, customer negotiations, and issue resolution. Requirements Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree required; business, finance, economics, supply chain, data analytics, or a related field preferred. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an analytical, pricing, commercial, finance, customer-facing, product management, or supply chain role. • Experience with SAP pricing, rebate, contract, or condition record processes strongly preferred. • Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with Power BI, dashboards, or similar reporting tools is a plus. • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret pricing, margin, volume, rebate, and customer data. • High attention to detail and accuracy when working with pricing master data, rebate agreements, accruals, and financial information. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining quality and responsiveness. • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain data-driven insights to commercial and cross-functional stakeholders. Preferred Experience and Capabilities • Understanding of strategic pricing concepts such as price bands, value-based pricing, competitive alternatives, formula pricing, and price realization. • Knowledge of rebate and incentive structures, including volume-based rebates, tiered incentives, market development incentives, accruals, settlement, and payout processes. • Experience working with customer contracts, rebate letters, approval workflows, or pricing delegation processes. • Familiarity with commercial controls, audit requirements, and documentation standards related to pricing and incentives. • Ability to identify pricing leakage, rebate inconsistencies, margin erosion, data quality issues, and process improvement opportunities. • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across Product Management, Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Legal, and IT. • Bias for action, continuous improvement mindset, and willingness to take on broader responsibilities as the role develops. • Positive, professional, and business-oriented approach, with ambition to grow while contributing to Flexsys’ commercial success. Success in This Role • Customer pricing is executed accurately, on time, and in alignment with approved strategy and delegation of authority. • Rebate and incentive agreements are documented, traceable, correctly maintained in SAP, and actively monitored through accrual and settlement. • Pricing and rebate issues are resolved quickly, with clear communication to stakeholders. • Product Management and Commercial teams receive reliable analysis to support pricing decisions, margin improvement, and customer negotiations. • Reports and dashboards provide visibility into price realization, margin development, rebate exposure, and key commercial risks. • Processes become more accurate, transparent, and efficient through continuous improvement and strong data discipline.
