- Lead the continued development of pricing processes by introducing new internal and external data across relevant products.
- Lead, support and develop pricing analysts, creating opportunities for junior colleagues to build their technical and professional capability.
- Plan and prioritise your own workload and that of your direct reports, communicating progress clearly and supporting effective knowledge-sharing and handovers.
- Take responsibility for the accuracy and relevance of analysis produced by you and the analysts you supervise, making sure findings are communicated clearly and appropriately.
- Anticipate changes across Pricing, identify opportunities to improve existing processes and bring fresh ideas to the team and wider business.
- Build trusted relationships across the Ageas and esure Pricing teams and the wider business, engaging confidently with colleagues at all levels.
Skills and experience you need as Pricing Manager (Data):

- Advanced SQL capability; Python knowledge would also be advantageous.
- Knowledge of pricing reporting practices and modelling techniques.
- Proven analytical and data visualisation skills, with Tableau or Power BI experience beneficial.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and prioritisation skills, with a well-organised, logical approach and exceptional attention to detail.
