We are hiring a Pricing Strategy Manager based remotely in LATAM to own the pricing function that determines what we bid on for every government and commercial opportunity.

We are a fast-paced, high-growth company where priorities can shift quickly, and opportunities require timely, data-driven decisions. We are looking for someone who is agile, adaptable, and able to move quickly.

You will build and manage the cost models, rate structures, pricing strategies, and margin analyses that support every proposal and business decision. This role will be responsible for researching market conditions, analyzing competitor pricing, evaluating cost drivers, and recommending pricing approaches that maximize competitiveness while maintaining strong financial performance.

This position requires exceptional analytical rigor, strong business judgment, and the ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment. You will be the person responsible for determining whether an opportunity is financially viable, identifying key profitability drivers, and developing pricing recommendations that balance winning opportunities with protecting company margins.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working under deadlines. You should be someone who enjoys solving complex problems, taking ownership, and delivering high-quality results in a rapidly changing environment.
