メドトロニックのSurgical事業部は、開腹・腹腔鏡・ロボット支援手術にわたる幅広い外科領域で、安全で質の高い低侵襲手術（MIS）の普及を支える医療機器とソリューションを提供しています。自動縫合器（Signia™、Tri-Staple™）、エナジーデバイス（LigaSure™、Sonicision™）、縫合・クリップ関連製品、Hugo™ RASなどの技術を通じ、外科手術の進化と患者アウトカムの向上に貢献しています。

Specialty Developmentチームは、各専門領域の最新知見を起点に、国内外の外科医・学会・社内チームと協働し、医師教育、新規術式開発、臨床エビデンス創出、市場創造を推進します。既存の枠組みにとらわれず、新しい価値をゼロから生み出し、外科医にとって信頼できるパートナーとなることを目指しています。

募集職種：Principal Marketing Specialist ｜ 所属：Surgical / Specialty Development

レポート先：Director, Specialty Development

本ポジションは、専門領域の臨床ニーズと市場動向を分析し、中長期的な成長機会を具体的なプログラムへと転換する役割です。全国のKey Opinion Leader（KOL）や次世代を担うYoung Opinion Leader（YOL）との協働を通じ、術式・製品の価値を科学的かつ実践的に広め、医療の発展とSurgical事業の成長を牽引します。

•【市場・専門領域戦略】担当専門領域の臨床・技術・学会・競合動向を把握し、中長期の市場機会を分析。AOPに基づく施策の企画、実行、成果検証を推進する。

•【KOL・YOLマネジメント】全国のリーダー医師との継続的な信頼関係を構築し、次世代リーダーの発掘・育成支援、専門領域を横断したネットワーク形成を進める。

•【医師教育・学会連携】学会・研究会・ユーザーフォーラム・セミナー等を企画運営し、臨床課題に基づく教育機会や専門家同士の知見共有の場を創出する。

•【新規術式・市場創造】低侵襲手術の新たな治療・手技アプローチを外科医と共に検討し、Hybrid RASなどのプログラムを通じた術式の普及と市場形成を支援する。

•【臨床エビデンス創出】関連部門・医療従事者と協働し、臨床研究の企画・実行支援、研究成果の学会発表・論文化、臨床的価値の発信を促進する。

•【Hugo™ RASの普及支援】担当プロジェクトに応じて、見学施設・プロクターネットワークの整備、教育カリキュラム、標準化ツールやClinical Video／Procedure Book等の開発に参画する。

•【コンテンツ・製品価値の発信】外科医との共同企画による講演・症例・教育コンテンツを制作し、新製品上市時にはProduct Marketingと連携して効果的な市場導入を支援する。

•【営業・グローバル部門との協働】営業・教育部門と連携した重点施設での導入・定着支援、営業担当者向け教育を推進。APAC・米国本社との情報交換を通じ、国内外のベストプラクティスを展開する。

•【KPI・プロジェクト管理】施策の進捗、活動実績、成果指標を適切に管理・報告し、継続的な改善によって顧客価値と事業成果の最大化を図る。

a) 必須要件 – Required Qualifications

• 4年制大学卒業（学士）以上。

• 医療機器業界での営業経験2年以上、またはマーケティング経験3年以上。

• 医療従事者・社内外の関係者との信頼関係を構築できるコミュニケーション力、提案力、プレゼンテーション力。

• 英語でのメール・会議・海外関係者とのやり取りに対応できる語学力（TOEIC 700点以上を目安）。

• 新しいテーマに主体的に挑戦し、関係者を巻き込みながら複数の施策を推進する実行力。

b) 歓迎要件 – Preferred Qualifications

• 消化器外科、呼吸器外科、泌尿器科、婦人科等の外科領域、低侵襲手術またはロボット支援手術に関する知識・業務経験。

• KOLマネジメント、医師教育、学会・セミナー企画、新規術式／新市場開発の実務経験。

• 臨床研究、学会発表、論文、教育コンテンツの企画・制作への関与経験。

• 海外・グローバルチームとのプロジェクト協働経験。
