Contract Role – Principal Data Analyst – Dublin/Hybrid – 12 months

Leads complex data analysis for analytics products, defining data requirements, validating solutions and translating complex data into actionable insights to support scalable product development and informed business decisions.

• Rate: UMB/LTD €585.92-680.83 OR PAYE €459.22-533.60 + holidays (26+10 bank holidays pro rata)

(Candidates must have the legal right to work in Ireland and be currently based in Ireland)

Skills & Experience

• Significant experience in data analysis, analytics or data-intensive product development.
• Strong hands-on analytical and problem-solving capability, with experience working with complex datasets and business problems.
• Demonstrated experience defining data requirements and translating business needs into analytical solutions.
• Strong experience with data validation, data quality assessment and root-cause analysis.
• Ability to interrogate complex data and identify patterns, gaps, dependencies and insights.
• Experience partnering with Product, Business Analysis, Data Engineering and Technology teams.
• Experience supporting products from early discovery and feasibility through development, UAT and launch.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate detailed analytical findings into clear business implications and recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to understand the broader product and business context.
• Experience within healthcare, pharmaceutical, pharmacy or other complex data environments would be advantageous.
