Your New Role We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Principal Account Manager to support and grow strategic client partnerships across the Life Sciences sector. This is a 180 role focused exclusively on client management, account growth, and delivery coordination, working closely with recruitment consultants to provide exceptional staffing solutions across biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, and CRO organizations. The Principal Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and HR stakeholders, developing a deep understanding of client hiring needs, workforce planning initiatives, and business objectives. Responsibilities include managing existing accounts, identifying new opportunities within client organizations, coordinating recruitment activity, ensuring a high-quality customer experience, and driving revenue growth through contract, permanent, and project-based staffing solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing long-term client partnerships while supporting the growth of innovative Life Sciences organizations. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders. Manage active client accounts and identify opportunities for account expansion. Partner with recruitment teams to deliver high-quality talent solutions. Lead intake meetings, workforce planning discussions, and hiring strategy conversations. Monitor service delivery, hiring timelines, and client satisfaction. Negotiate commercial terms and support contract renewals. Maintain accurate pipeline and account activity within CRM systems. Requirements: 7 + years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or business development within the Life Sciences industry. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or medical device environments. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consultative selling skills. Ability to build trusted relationships and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
