About the Project: Fully Managed Services of Kondor Applications for a UK Client Our team: Diverse Global Team with niche SMEs Technologies used: Azure Cloud Implementation Opportunities: Kondor Function (K+, K+TP & FR), Technical and AI agentic flows

Responsibilities

• Experience in banking, capital markets or financial software with strong exposure to Kondor+ system, front-to-back trade lifecycle
• Strong domain knowledge in FX, Money Market, Derivatives, Securities
• Deep understanding of trade lifecycle: booking, validation, confirmation, settlement, accounting, reconciliation.
• Proven experience in Business Analysis (BRD, FS, UAT)
• Strong knowledge in Kondor + tool and communications mechanism with upstream and downstream
• Gather and analyze business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Review existing system setup and identify impacts related to the upgrade.
• Configure and validate Kondor functionalities in line with business requirements.
• Support functional design workshops and gap analysis sessions.
• Work closely with technical teams during upgrade, migration, and testing activities.
• Prepare and execute: o Functional test cases o SIT/UAT support o Regression testing o Defect analysis and resolution follow-up
• Support interfaces with other banking and treasury systems.
• Assist users during UAT and post-go-live hypercare activities.
• Ensure documentation of functional specifications, configurations, and business processes.
• Liaise with front office, middle office, back office, risk, and IT teams.

SKILLS

Must have

• Prior Kondor+ / Fusion Kondor Back Office experience.
• Understanding of Kondor+ post-trade processing.
• Knowledge of confirmation, settlement and payment workflows.
• Experience troubleshooting Kondor+ Back Office processing.
• Experience with SWIFT/payment interfaces in a Kondor environment
• Proven experience in Kondor upgrade or implementation projects.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience.
• Good understanding of treasury and capital markets products, including: o FX o Money Market o Interest Rate products o Derivatives o Securities
• Experience with: o Trade lifecycle management o Pricing and valuation concepts o Static data and reference data management o Reporting and interfaces
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Experience supporting testing phases and business users.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to other treasury platforms (Murex/Calypso).
• Working knowledge of Kondor Front Office as well
• Working knowledge of Sql queries
• Working knowledge of Unix/Linux
