  • Maintain knowledge of current and emerging assessment technologies and lead learning and educational design activities and projects, including defining scope and objectives, coordinating resources and sharing contemporary practice through Faculty and University communities of practice.

About You

  • A relevant degree and at least four (4) years of subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education and training in designing learning and developing resources that support students’ learning and assessment experiences.
  • Demonstrated understanding of educational technologies and contemporary pedagogical practices that support student achievement, engagement and assessment security, particularly in the context of AI.

  • Demonstrated capability to develop inclusive assessment approaches informed by Universal Design for Learning principles and the needs of students across degree programs.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with diverse academic, professional and senior stakeholders and a demonstrated commitment to responding to client needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to work iteratively, adapt quickly to change and operate effectively both autonomously and as a member of a collaborative, client-focused team.
