Principal PM at BairesDev

As a Principal PM, you will spearhead the product lifecycle by translating high-level business goals into actionable roadmaps and technical requirements. You will act as the primary owner of the product backlog, ensuring engineering efforts are continuously aligned with user needs and strategic objectives.

What You'll Do

• Orchestrate the end-to-end product discovery process to validate high-impact features and refine the product vision.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure a steady and efficient flow of delivery for the engineering team.
• Conduct deep-dive user research to identify critical pain points and translate them into scalable product opportunities.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps that balance immediate feature delivery with long-term strategic growth.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional stakeholders and technical teams to maintain alignment on project scope and success metrics.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or as a Product Owner.
• Proven expertise in product backlog management and feature delivery for engineering teams.
• Strong skills in conducting user research to identify and translate insights into actionable product opportunities.
• Proficiency in using prioritization frameworks to manage stakeholders and define product roadmaps.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile environments.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
