LinkedIn is the world's largest professional network, built to create economic opportunity for every member of the global workforce. Our products help people make powerful connections, discover exciting opportunities, build necessary skills, and gain valuable insights every day. We're also committed to providing transformational opportunities for our own employees by investing in their growth. We aspire to create a culture that's built on trust, care, inclusion, and fun – where everyone can succeed.

Join us to transform the way the world works.

This role is based in Bengaluru, India.

At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

Our global Product Design team advances this vision through quality, inclusive design. We're passionate about designing an equal, fair, and accessible platform that's modern, engaging, and responsible.

Shape the future of enterprise self-service at LinkedIn. We're looking for a Principal Product Designer to lead the vision for Admin Center — the control plane millions of admins use to manage their LinkedIn business. If you thrive on turning complex, console-style admin experiences into intuitive, self-service products that cut support volume and customer effort at scale, this is your platform.

You'll join the LinkedIn Business Platform Design team, part of LinkedIn's Online Moneytization and Go-to-market organization. Admin Center is the control plane that every LinkedIn Admin, Decision Maker, and End User relies on to activate, manage, and prove the value of their LinkedIn products. As we scale Admin Center into a true platform spanning LinkedIn’s line of business, we need a Principal Product Designer to set the design vision for how millions of admins manage their business on LinkedIn, turning a scattered, support-heavy experience into a self-service, insight-driven product that reduces customer effort at scale.

Why join the Product Design team at LinkedIn?

  • Designers are strategic partners, from product innovation and planning to launch

  • Work and learn with passionate, talented, and supportive people

  • We work on both consumer and enterprise products and encourage team rotation, so you can stay engaged and keep growing

  • We're equipped with the best design tools in the business, including Figma, Principle, and Miro

  • A trusting, open environment helps us do our best work…and we have fun together! We're looking for a designer who leads by connecting the dots between admin and customer insights, design patterns, and business goals – someone who can define the end-to-end vision for how businesses onboard, manage, and grow on LinkedIn. You will partner and collaborate closely with product management, engineering, user research, UX writing, data science, and field/support teams across multiple lines of business. Designing for the world's workforce takes a diverse, empowered team — come be a part of ours.
