Who We Are
Inspiren offers a complete and connected technology ecosystem for senior living. Founded by Michael Wang, a former Green Beret and cardiothoracic nurse, Inspiren was built on the belief that compassionate care and technology can and should coexist.
Our integrated solutions fit into existing workflows and give senior-living operators greater visibility into what is happening across their communities. Supported by nurse specialists and powerful analytics, Inspiren helps teams make informed clinical and operational decisions that improve efficiency, outcomes, and quality of care.
You’ll join a growing global team united by a shared mission, with a new NYC office designed to strengthen collaboration and in-person connection.
About the Role
We're looking for a Principal Product Manager to own how our Assisted Living (AL) and Memory Care (MC) solutions are packaged, priced and billed to maximize clear, measurable ROI for operators. Your mandate is to stay ten steps ahead and make Inspiren the obvious standard for operators.
You'll define how we package our products, test willingness to pay in market, and bill for the value we deliver, and you'll be accountable for the adoption and customer ROI that follow. You'll shape how we expand our AI voice experiences, how we build and evolve resident baselines over time (identifying both episodic and longitudinal deviations), and how we deepen the heartbeat metrics of our system, such as recall, precision, and location accuracy, so that what we build is what operators will pay for. You'll work side by side with our ML, data, software, platform, and finance teams to ship innovative and complex products that keep residents safer and equip caregivers and community executives with clear, actionable insights.
What You’ll Do
Own how we win in AL and MC: our strategic differentiation, and the adoption and attributable customer ROI that prove it for operators, community executives, and caregivers.
Own end-to-end packaging, pricing, and billing for AL and MC, including product modularity, willingness-to-pay validation, consent capture, and billing accuracy tied to installs, in partnership with Finance.
Act as the strategic product partner to our ML and AI team, connecting the dots across ML, data, hardware, and software. You'll set the roadmap and success metrics that tie model and device quality (recall, precision), alert reliability, and location accuracy to outcomes on the ground: caregivers getting the right signal at the right moment, and communities seeing measurable gains in safety, response times, and staff efficiency, at a cost to serve that scales.
Lead what's next: expand our AI voice experiences, build resident baselines that surface episodic and longitudinal deviations, and tie alert setup to resident acuity through the EHR, so flagged deviations lead to real care plan or care level changes.
About You
7+ years of product management experience, 3+ years in a B2B organization
Experience building products that use LLMs and other AI/ML models, including defining and improving model quality metrics such as recall and precision
Experience owning packaging, pricing, and monetization for a B2B product, including willingness-to-pay testing and price realization
Strong first-principles product thinking, with release and discovery discipline
A quantitative mindset on ROI, adoption, unit economics, and measuring success
Comfort doing hands-on discovery and customer shadowing yourself
High, proactive ownership and comfortable working in an ambiguous environment
Strong communication: you boil complex technical topics down to what matters strategically
Bonus Points
Health tech or senior living experience
Experience with AI-powered, hardware-enabled products that use real-time device data
Experience with EHR integrations
Prior management experience
