Position Overview: Hidden Level is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, requirements, and lifecycle of RF sensor products. This individual will translate customer and market needs into product development priorities and lead cross-functional collaboration from early concept and development through production, deployment, sustainment, and continuous improvement. This will ensure that Hidden Level's sensor products deliver differentiated customer value while remaining technically achievable, manufacturable, supportable, and aligned with the broader product portfolio and company vision. Location: This role is ideally hybrid in Syracuse, NY, but we are open to considering remote candidates. Responsibilities: Develop and Maintain a Product Roadmap throughout the Product Lifecycle: Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities foryourHidden Level sensor product Engage customers, operators, and internal stakeholders to understand missions, workflows, and unmet needs. Partner with Sales and Growth leaders tocombinecustomer and market needswith technical and businessobjectivesto createclear productdevelopmentpriorities and measures of success Ensure the sensor roadmapremainsalignedtoadjacent products and the broader Hidden Level portfolio. Manage the Execution of Product Development Objectives: Partner with Technical Program Managers and Engineering leaders to turn product priorities into executable plans and deliver agreed capabilities on schedule and within budget. Work closely withEngineering leaders to shapeand understandthe technical solutions that deliverproductobjectives. Work with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations to design for manufacturability, testability, reliability, serviceability, and cost, andtotransition products successfully into production. Help prioritize development, manufacturing, quality, and sustaining-engineering needs based on customer impact, delivery risk, and businessobjectives. Provide Broader Product Leadership : Communicate product direction, decisions, status,tradeoffs,and risk clearly across technical, executive, and customer-facing teams. Bridge technical and businessobjectivesby supporting proposals, requests for information, and other strategic growth efforts. Represent Hidden Level products in customer, partner, and industry engagements, clearly articulating their capabilities, differentiation, limitations, and direction. Improve product management processes, tools, and operating rhythms to strengthen decision-making, alignment, and executionwithinthe organization. Contribute to consistent product management practices Travel: Approximately 10%-20% travel may be required to support customers, field activities, partners, and manufacturing operations. Required Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management , Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or other relevant technical or management degree. 10or more years of combined relevant industry experience, including5or more years of progressive product management, technical product leadership, or closely related experience. Technical fluency across integrated hardware and software systems, with the ability to work credibly with engineering teams. Experience engaging customers and translating operational needs into clear requirements, priorities, and product decisions. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, including the ability to influence and lead. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with RF sensing, radar, communications, electronic warfare, or related sensor technologies. Experience bringing integrated hardware and software products from concept through production, deployment, and sustainment. Experience with design for manufacturability, supply-chain risk, quality, product cost, reliability, or sustaining engineering. Experience in defense, public safety, aviation, critical infrastructure, or other regulated and mission-critical markets. Familiarity with government acquisition, proposal development, product economics, export controls, cybersecurity, or regulatory certification. Compensation and Benefits: Hidden Level offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid parental leave, flexible time off, 401(k) with employer contributions, life insurance, disability insurance, and potential stock options. Salary Range: The salary range for this position is estimated at $162,000 to $210,000 annually. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
