The Opportunity
OpenText Professional Services helps clients turn technology investments into measurable business outcomes. We're looking for an experienced consultative seller to shape and sell Professional Services engagements across Content Management, Information Governance, Digital Asset Management, and Digital Experience solutions.
Working closely with Account Executives, Solution Consultants, and Delivery teams, you'll help clients define transformation roadmaps, build compelling services propositions, and drive services revenue growth.
What You'll Do
- Engage senior business and IT stakeholders to understand priorities and transformation goals.
- Lead discovery workshops and translate business needs into services roadmaps and implementation plans.
- Shape Professional Services opportunities across:
- Enterprise Content Management
- Information Governance & Records Management
- Digital Asset Management
- Web Content Management & Digital Experience
- Develop proposals, estimates, Statements of Work, and executive presentations.
- Drive opportunities from qualification through contracting and handover to delivery.
- Identify expansion opportunities and support long-term client success.
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years of experience in Professional Services sales, solution consulting, or enterprise software pre-sales.
- Strong expertise in Content Management, ECM, Document Management, DAM, WCM, or Digital Experience platforms.
- Proven success selling complex consulting, implementation, migration, integration, or managed-services engagements.
- Ability to lead executive conversations, facilitate workshops, and build trusted client relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience developing services estimates and proposals.
- Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
Preferred Experience
- OpenText Content Management, Extended ECM, Documentum, Experience Cloud, or similar platforms.
- Content migration, information governance, records management, integrations, and cloud adoption projects.
- Experience working with SAP, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, or other enterprise platforms.
- Understanding of AI-enabled content and digital experience use cases.
