Our SAP department is a leading SAP partner and integrator in the EMEA market, encompassing the full spectrum of SAP offerings, including SAP licenses, technology, and customized services.

Netcompany's SAP team works on innovative projects, utilizing the latest SAP technologies, including SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP, as well as industry-specific solutions such as IS-U and IS-OIL. Our projects span a wide range of sectors, including Consumer Goods, Education, Utilities, Telecommunications, Banking, and more.

As a Principal SAP Consultant, you will be a key expert and leader within SAP transformation projects, working with clients across different industries to design, implement, optimize, and evolve their SAP landscapes.

You will combine deep SAP expertise with strong business and consulting skills, helping clients translate their business needs into effective SAP solutions. You will play a leading role throughout the project lifecycle, from solution design and implementation through to optimization and ongoing transformation.

As a Principal SAP Consultant, you will:

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and transformation projects across different industries.
• Analyze business requirements and design scalable SAP solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Provide expert guidance within your area of SAP specialization, such as S/4HANA, SAP BTP, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, or other SAP solutions.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify opportunities, and translate business needs into SAP solutions.
• Drive solution design, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Support clients in optimizing and transforming their business processes through SAP.
• Work closely with technical and functional teams to ensure successful integration across SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Contribute to project planning, delivery, quality assurance, and risk management.
• Lead workshops, requirements-gathering sessions, solution reviews, and client presentations.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to other SAP consultants, promoting best practices and continuous knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities, including solution definition, effort estimation, proposals, and client presentations.
• Stay current with SAP innovations and industry trends and identify opportunities to leverage new SAP technologies and capabilities.

What would make you a fit for the role:

• 10+ years of proven experience in SAP consulting, implementation, transformation, or support.
• Strong expertise in one or more SAP solutions, modules, or technology areas.
• Proven experience delivering SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and how they can be supported and optimized through SAP.
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
• Exposure to SAP BTP and/or other modern SAP technologies is a plus.
• Strong experience in solution design, requirements analysis, and translating business needs into SAP solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical audiences.
• Proven ability to lead project teams, mentor consultants, and drive successful project delivery.
• Experience working in international, multi-disciplinary, or large-scale SAP projects.
• Willingness and availability to travel as project requirements dictate.
