Principal Software Engineer (.NET, Angular & Mobile)

• Location: Wellington
• Working Arrangement: Hybrid, minimum 2 days in the office

About the Role

Our client, a NZ-owned technology consultancy, is looking for a true all-rounder to join their Wellington team. You'll move across client engagements where you're needed most, leading squads, unblocking critical issues and championing best practice, automation and AI-assisted development.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years delivering commercial software solutions
• Deep hands-on C#/.NET and Angular 10+ (JavaScript/TypeScript) experience
• Significant Flutter or React Native experience
• Proven leadership of software development squads
• Client-facing consultancy experience across presales and delivery
• CI/CD pipeline setup with build and test automation (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
• A track record of driving AI tool adoption (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code)
• Advantageous: Scrum/Kanban, Python, React, Microsoft certifications
