Job Description

Security Principle Solution Architects (PSAs) are the technical pre-sales leads for Genpact's Cybersecurity practice. Each PSA owns one domain, partners with the T-shaped Cybersecurity sales directors on pursuits, and works with practice, offering and delivery leaders to shape solutions that can be delivered as sold.

Cybersecurity sales Leaders/Global Leaders, directors and client partners (pursuits); practice and offering leaders (solutions and assets); delivery leaders (deliverability) would be primary partners.

Common responsibilities

Discovery, solution architecture, RFP ownership, estimates and SOWs, orals and demos, reusable assets, alliance engagement, sales enablement

JD:
• Lead end-to-end solution design and implementation processes; • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements; • Develop architecture plans and provide guidance on technology selection; • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices; • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve existing infrastructure; • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in the architecture domain; • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members; • Conduct architecture reviews and ensure compliance with standards and policies.
