Major Areas of Performance

1. Print Management & Technical Operations (~40% of Role)

• Print-on-Demand (POD) Program Setup: Oversee new POD item setups,

capturing complete job specifications (JobDoc) for integration across AW

Connect and InkCloud platforms.

• Artwork Management & Prepress Routing: Manage new artwork files from

troubleshoot artwork and template issues during production runs.

• Technical Consultations: Recommend optimal paper substrates, finishing

options, and manufacturing paths to achieve desired client outcomes while

managing budget and production efficiency.

• Proofing & Seasonal Pushes: Oversee seasonal client pushes, managing the

distribution of physical proofs, inspecting final proofs for accuracy, and confirming

proper version control before full production release.

• Access & User Administration: Act as the administrative approver for new user

access in production environments.

2. Client Service & Account Management (~60% of Role)

• Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for marketing print, grand

openings, and location launch events.

• Project Execution: Execute defined client tasks, ensuring service level

agreements (SLAs), campaign objectives, and program specifications are fully

realized.

• Consultative Guidance: Serve as an extended partner to client teams,

delivering expert recommendations on project execution, materials, and inventory

planning.

• Retail & Inventory Monitoring: Monitor SKU inventory levels and ordering

trends for standard stocks to ensure successful, on-time grand openings and

retail launches.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Provide regular direction to the Client Support

Team and coordinate requests across internal departments (prepress,

production, distribution).

• Financial & Business Health: Perform monthly variance tracking, complete

quality-check invoicing for accuracy, and partner with the Client Services

Manager to identify revenue growth and mitigate client health risks.

Qualifications Required

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work

experience, with 3+ years in client services, print production management, or

prepress operations.

• Print & Substrate Expertise: Strong practical understanding of print substrates,

paper stocks, laminates, specialty finishes, and manufacturing workflows.

• Digital Print Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with digital asset workflows, web[1]to-print/POD systems (e.g., InkCloud, AW Connect, or similar ERP/WMS

platforms), variable data printing (VDP), and prepress file preparation.

• Project & Detail Management: Outstanding organizational and calendar

management skills with a track record of handling strict deadlines in high-touch

retail or commercial print environments.

• Relationship Building: Proven ability to build trusted relationships with clients,

internal prepress/production teams, and offshore support staff.
