12m contract, very likely to go permanent
Build your career across Privacy and AI Governance in a fast-growing global Financial Services business where you’ll get hands-on exposure to both established privacy operations and emerging AI governance.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract which is very likely to turn permanent. A salary of £70,000-£80,000. Private healthcare, 5% pension is doubled to 10% and much more. You’ll also have flexible hybrid working, typically spending 1-2 days a week in the London office.
What you’ll do
Take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of privacy and AI governance processes through OneTrust. You’ll manage privacy and AI intakes, help maintain ROPA and data records, coordinate subject access requests and support privacy assessments.
You’ll also get involved in supplier due diligence, answering privacy and data governance questionnaires and assessing new projects and AI use cases. You’ll work with stakeholders across the organisation to gather information, understand risks and make sure actions are followed through.
What you’ll need
- Experience working within data protection, privacy or a related governance environment. You don’t need to be an established privacy expert, but you should have a good grounding in the fundamentals.
- Experience with OneTrust or another privacy management platform would be particularly useful, alongside exposure to areas such as ROPA, DSARs, DPIAs or supplier due diligence.
- A proactive and inquisitive approach. You’ll need to be comfortable taking ownership, asking questions and working with a degree of autonomy in a fast-moving environment.
